For monthly payments, we require a credit card be kept on file through our secure billing system. For ease of payment, our billing system processes your credit card on the 1st of each month for the total amount of your selected plan.

If your credit card has changed and your account cannot be automatically charged you will receive an email notice. If your account is not paid within 7 days of the month due date and we cannot get in touch with you, your website will be disabled and all digital marketing services will be suspended until your account is paid.

If you cancel services after the 12 month minimum commitment, nothing will happen to any existing digital marketing work that was already completed. Your Google Business Profile, links, social accounts, citations, and created content all belong to you after they are paid for. If you cancel we simply complete any existing tasks for that month that you may have outstanding and end your service. We require 30 days’ notice to cancel your service plan.

Yes. One Google Business Profile (GBP) is meant for one business location. Each digital marketing plan is therefore priced for a single location business (1 GBP). It requires specific optimization and proper strategies to increase the visibility and customer reviews of each Google Business Profile. Multiple locations mean multiple digital marketing plans are required.
